博士生导师，长期从事与配位化学相关的新型无机化学分子材料的研制与开发研究，承担并完成了多项国家及省部级研究课题，在国内外著名学术期刊上发表了60多篇高水平的学术论文，作为第三完成人获得天津市科学技术进步一等奖一项。
